对任何一个感到寂寞和不快乐的人来说，最好的办法莫过于走出去，到只有自己一个人的地方去，独自和天空、大自然、上帝在一起。这样，只有这样，你才会感觉到，一切都很正常，上帝希望人们在单纯美丽的大自然中感到幸福。
我要活下去，在我死后也继续活着。
当你孤单、撑不住的时候，试着在天气好的时候从顶层阁楼向外望，望向天空。只要你可以无畏地看向天空，你就知道，你的内心是纯净的，你还可以重新变得幸福。
而彼得实在是一个值得爱的人。我什么时候能这么跟他讲呢？当然，只能等到他认为我也值得爱的时候。
“别管我，让我至少能有一个晚上不再带着灼烧的双眼和沉重的脑袋哭着入睡。让我离开，离开这一切，离开这个世界！”但我不能那样做。我不能让他们看到我的迟疑或他们带给我的创伤。我受不了他们的同情或善意的嘲笑。那只能让我更想尖叫。
