三、城市轨道交通的技术特性
1. 城市轨道交通有较大的运输能力
城市轨道交通由于高密度运转,列车行车时间间隔短,行车速度高,列车编组辆数多而具有较大的运输能力。单向高峰每小时的运输能力可达到6万~8万人次(市郊铁道);地铁达到3万~6万人次,甚至达到8万人次;轻轨1万~3万人次,有轨电车能达到1万人次,城市轨道交通的运输能力远远超过公共汽车。
2. 城市轨道交通具有较高的准时性
城市轨道交通由于在专用行车道上运行,不受其他交通工具干扰,不产生线路堵塞现象并且不受气候影响,是全天候的交通工具,列车能按运行图运行,具有可信赖的准时性。
3. 城市轨道交通具有较高的速达性
与常规公共交通相比,城市轨道交通由于运行在专用行车道上,不受其他交通工具干扰,车辆有较高的运行速度,有较高的启、制动加速度,多数采用高站台,列车停站时间短,上下车迅速方便,而且换乘方便,从而可以使乘客较快地到达目的地,缩短出行时间。
4. 城市轨道交通具有较高的舒适性
与常规公共交通相比,城市轨道交通由于运行在不受其他交通工具干扰的线路上,城市轨道车辆具有较好的运行特性,车辆、车站等装有空调、引导装置、自动售票等直接为乘客服务的设备,城市轨道交通具有较好的乘车条件,其舒适性优于公共电车、公共汽车。
5. 城市轨道交通具有较高的安全性
城市轨道交通由于运行在专用轨道上,没有平交道口,不受其他交通工具干扰,并且有先进的通讯信号设备,极少发生交通事故。
6. 城市轨道交通能充分利用地下和地上空间
城市轨道交通由于充分利用了地下和地上空间的开发,不占用地面街道,能有效缓解由于汽车大量发展而造成的道路拥挤、堵塞,有利于城市空间合理利用,特别有利于缓解大城市中心区过于拥挤的状态,提高了土地利用价值,并能改善城市景观。
7. 城市轨道交通的系统运营费用较低
城市轨道交通由于主要采用电气牵引,而且轮轨摩擦阻力较小,与公共电车、公共汽车相比节省能源,运营费用较低。
8. 城市轨道交通对环境污染低
城市轨道交通由于采用电气牵引,与公共汽车相比不产生废气污染。城市轨道交通的发展,还能减少公共汽车的数量,进一步减少汽车的废气污染。同时,由于在线路和车辆上采用了各种降噪措施,一般不会对城市环境产生严重的噪声污染。

前 言
城市轨道交通是城市基础设施中公共交通系统的重要组成部分。从各国城市化进程的实践来看,轨道交通凭借运量大、速度快、安全可靠、准点舒适的技术优势在发达国家和地区成为主要的城市交通工具,备受市民欢迎。我国北京、上海、广州、重庆、深圳等城市也拥有相当规模的轨道交通线路,轨道交通现已逐步成为居民出行的交通工具,也成为政府推行“公交优先”政策的主要手段,大力发展城市轨道交通已成为政府和民众的普遍共识。
城市轨道交通的建设及运营能促进工业、运输、房地产等相关产业的发展,刺激就业,促进沿途土地升值,拓展城市发展空间,具有明显的外部经济性,而且随着社会发展、人口增加、路网扩大以及服务水平的提高,城市轨道交通将吸引更多的客流,其附属的经营性资产具有巨大的升值潜力。同时,城市轨道交通网络具有规模经济圈的属性,辐射影响范围覆盖网内大部分区域和周边区域。当城市轨道交通形成网络化运营后,作为综合性的网络平台可将其他各种网络(如交通运输网、服务网、商贸网等)都载于其间。轨道交通网络强大的聚集和释放效应使网内的客流、物流、资金流、信息流等资源和服务在城市各区域乃至城市间快速流通,改变了社会的消费、生活和生产方式,对城市经济运行产生深远影响。
城市轨道交通由于自身所具备的社会属性和经济属性,使之成为城市交通发展战略的重点,同时也被视为城市交通体系的骨干力量。因此,我国政府提出“科学制定城市轨道交通技术路线,规范建设标准,有序推进轻轨、地铁、有轨电车等城市轨道交通网络建设”的政策,并将城市轨道交通装备列为战略性新兴产业创新发展工程。在城市轨道交通的发展过程中,涌现了很多创新技术及先进施工、管理方法,有效地解决了城市轨道交通规划建设、运营和管理中的实际问题,也促进了我国城市轨道交通政策、法规和标准体系的建立。
本书从城市轨道交通工程建设及运营管理实践中概括、归纳、提炼城市轨道交通的新技术,在阐述新技术原理的同时,突出其应用。按照城市轨道交通发展概述、线路及轨道结构新技术、车站新技术、载运工具新技术、供电新技术、通信信号及列车控制新技术、系统设备新技术、智能化系统、规划设计新技术、运营组织管理新技术十大板块,介绍了城市轨道交通新技术各个方面的发展。在编写理念上坚持知识传授与能力培养并重,拓展学生的思维和知识面,并力求内容适度、层次结构清楚,便于学生自学。本书可供高等院校交通运输类、城市轨道交通类专业学生作教材使用,同时也可供交通运输行业的工作人员学习参考。
