Warren Bennis (Santa Monica, CA) is University Professor and Distinguished Professor of the Marshall School of Business. Spreitzer (Pacific Palisades, CA) is Assistant Professor at USC Marshall School of Business and a faculty affiliate of both the Center for Effective Organizations and the Leadership Institute. Thomas Cummings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) is Dean of USC's Marshall School of Business.

GRETCHEN M. SPREITZER is assistant professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a faculty affiliate of both the Center for Effective Organizations and the Leadership Institute. THOMAS G. CUMMINGS is the chair of the Department of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California and Executive Director of the Leadership Institute. He is associate editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
